Any automation software that allows me to clock in in.a laptop with the lid closed, in a webpage at work?

So last week my company has introduced this new shitty way to clock in and out of work. You have to switch on your computer, log into that webpage and click on “clock in”. The problem is. Are there any easy to use any Windows automation tools which I can use to click for me? I'm thinking something that when I close the lid of my laptop clicks on that webpage like 15 minutes later. I don't have any tracking software on the office's computer, so no worryng about that part.
