Any ideas on fighting corporate greed?

These CEOs are getting away with paying their employees peanuts, price gouging customers, and riding the gravy train. It seems like a lot of industries have become oligopolies. One company raises their prices, then the others follow. They do this multiple times per year, give their employees a couple more cents once per year, and tell angry customers “we had to raise our prices because our employees wanted more pay.”
