Anyone else go from standup to sit-down work and would rather be unemployed than go back to standing all day?

This thread prompted me to think about this issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/antiwork/comments/ulhdlb/workers_in_vietnam_get_a_stool_america_is_a_3rd/ I worked warehousing and retail for fifteen years and it was only in the last year of that stint that I got a shipping job where I got to sit down while packaging things. After that, I never wanted to go back to standup work where I'm on my feet all day. My knees are already shot and I'm just under forty years old. Now I work in mining, which is way better than warehousing and retail, and I still get to sit. I sit in the cab of whatever equipment I'm operating that day and get air conditioning. Thinking it over after reading that thread, I'd rather be unemployed, even homeless, than go back to standup work that breaks my knees and back. What say you?
