Hi Everyone,
I currently work for a global asian american company (read: asian company HQ'ed in the US with many asian employees who dont speak english). My company is around 1000 employees… Amd im absoluely miserable. The culture inconsistencies between the “american” departments and the “asian” ones is stark. I cant seem to fit in here and have lost all motivation to work. This job is without a doubt the biggest source of stress in my life currently. Is there a means to an end here? It feels like this is my first and last stop before doing something conpletely different.
Coming from an asian american, (m 25) born in the states.
I just wanted to see if anyone else is in a similar situation and what your next move is.
