Anytime you see this, it’s a scam. They want you to do work for them, for free. You will need an entire approach to the project, OH and a timeline of the whole thing INCLUDING an entire budget. Your portfolio and an exclamation mark are lies to suck you in to the possibility. Don’t waste your time.
