I just don’t understand this. I’ve applied for over 150 jobs and have not received one call, email, or text. Every job I’m applying to is entry level as well. I have a strong resume too, it isn’t like I don’t have work experience. I’ve worked at the same company for 12 years, I’m in a management position, and I can’t get anyone to give me a chance. I don’t understand what to do.
