Are severance packages predatory?

I'm reading through mine and it's of course the normal lingo. But what are the odds they try to break it and not pay out? I can't see anything specific but I think that's what concerns me. It's a bit broad on their end and very narrow on mine. I need the cash though. Should I be concerned?
