Are these reasonable reasons to get fired?
I just really want to know if these are reasonable reasons to get fired or if I am overreacting?
• Lacking attention to detail
• Limited ownership of projects through to satisfactory completion
• Limited communications and lack of interactive email or message responses
To explain what these all mean. My manager said that my lack of attention to detail is because I don’t spell check documents. The second one is that I don’t take on more work. The third one is that I don’t message her throughout the day.
Are these reasonable reasons to fire someone?
