Are these red flags in an interview or am I overreacting?

I applied for an Executive Assistant position. During the interview, the potential manager did and said the following: Told me he needed someone who could “manage” him Said he needed someone who could tell him when he’s too stressed or “acting like his mother.” Used example of his husband calling him by his mother’s name and half-jokingly said he’d let me do the same to put him in his place, basically. Asked me how I took criticism and said he’s a critical person Said that if I don’t respond within an hour he’d be upset/assume I’m not working, but also claims he’s not a micromanager. The position isn’t truly just Executive Assistant because would be supporting various leadership positions with projects and events, and also function as a receptionist Said he needed someone who would “tell him when he has something in his teeth” Would ask me a question, wait…

I applied for an Executive Assistant position. During the interview, the potential manager did and said the following:

  1. Told me he needed someone who could “manage” him

  2. Said he needed someone who could tell him when he’s too stressed or “acting like his mother.” Used example of his husband calling him by his mother’s name and half-jokingly said he’d let me do the same to put him in his place, basically.

  3. Asked me how I took criticism and said he’s a critical person

  4. Said that if I don’t respond within an hour he’d be upset/assume I’m not working, but also claims he’s not a micromanager. The position isn’t truly just Executive Assistant because would be supporting various leadership positions with projects and events, and also function as a receptionist

  5. Said he needed someone who would “tell him when he has something in his teeth”

  6. Would ask me a question, wait for my response and then tell me he was testing me

He said all of this very “nicely” for the most part and in a half serious half humorous tone, but my gut was telling me these are red flags and I would not work well with him.
