I work in an industrial company and i'm a “salaried exempt” employee. My boss keeps bothering me because i arrive late (he does too). We don't clock in and don't clock out either, does it matter if we get there late? I don't think our contracts say HE can get there late and the rest of the department can't, and i don't think it impacts our work. Do you know how that works??
