Asbestos exposure at work

So at my job it’s knows that the pipes in the ceiling are wrapped in asbestos. It’s been deemed by osha that it’s up way to high to get to us which I don’t believe. The building is old. The paint is falling constantly. The wrapping covering the asbestos is starting to fall off. There’s a few spots that have been hit with a fork truck before and they are still open dropping pieces sometimes. I don’t work around it but I was wondering if it would be worth a report to osha. Also they make us take a training course practically for us to agree that asbestos is in our building but can’t get to us. But would that be void if it’s open and leaking per say. It’s a scumbag company so I’m afraid I’ll be treated poorly after reporting it as well.
