I am overqualified for this position. I also have a good company that wants to do a second interview next week and the salary plus work hybrid will save me money. Around 12k in total.
The fact that they throw stuff at me that is not in my job title qualifies me for a raise on top of the fact that I have more skills and experience than the people in my team. I am so over them…almost texted them for raise but decided to do it today in person since once again this morning they threw 2 things at me that is none of my business in terms of my job title.
