Og, pleas redirect me if I'm on the wrong community but I need help. My boss is utterly ridiculously unreasonable, he manipulates and gaslights me on a daily basis, all i want to do is cut ties with him and never look back. But I work on a ship and he is kinda my only way into the company and I need his recommendation to be hired. Thing is. The rest of the crew is fantastic but this donkey makes my life fucking missreable.
So the question is how do I deal with him while also dealing with some mayor personal problems?. I can't ignore him, but I need to keep my sanity. I still have 5 weeks left of my contract. A little background info, on my midway evaluation he basically wrote I'm useless and a terrible person ( he handlet it to me and went “sit down, read it and cry”). Whitch is of course not true. The rest of the crew can sign to this.
