In a zoom interview, this manager would ask me a standard question then immediately turn his head away to look at something off camera so that I was responding to the back of his head. Every single time. I have zero interest in this job now since it's pretty obvious how they treat people in general let alone an employee but I'd like the 30 minutes I wasted on it back.
