Australia, no allowance, no paid break (but shown as paid) contract for 38 hours but working 45. What are my options here?

As per title, all of the above is being done at my workplace, also I had to sign a document that where it state that I'm voluntary working 45 hours. What could I do in this situation? Suck it up?, Union? Fairwork? I'd like to fix this thing without escalation and blowing everything up so I'm not sure what should be my next steps. Thanks for reading this.
