They want to garnish our wages if we don't get $100 additional approval on a credit card and the damage is greater than $100. A. The system isn't configured to get an additional approval over room and tax. B. The GM keeps telling desk clerks to charge the card on the room if they charge something from the sweet shop. This settles the approval and drops it. Then if you catch it, you have to reauthorize. Do it enough and the bank won't let you authorize the card again. C. It's illegal to garnish wages in the state of North Carolina. I signed the paper with the notes for A and C. and told my AGM about it. He said he had nothing to do with the paper.

Ngl I’m pretty comfortable, or I was until I got promoted over half a year ago. I love my team, they’re amazing people and we often set…
My job gives bi-annual employee evaluations with up to 2% raises each time. I got a 1.5% raise and got 5/5 ratings on everything
I quit just in time
I packed my things and handed in my key fob during lunch break after having a shit morning. When I handed my manager my key fob she goes “uhhh what is this?” I told her “you know what it is, stick it up your ass and around the corner” UGH IT WAS SO LIBERATING!!!! I feel free, I don’t feel anxious I just feel like myself. The same self I lost to being loyal to a shit job that could give two fucks about me.
