I often see people talking about breaks and fell like you folks get too tiny breaks. It may be a bias because positive post don't get traction. How are your breaks? I do 10 minutes per hour, plus a 30 to 45 minutes lunch break. From 10:00 to 18:00. I do office work at minimum wage. Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have another job but that is 90% break and 10% work. I need some advice. I live in Delhi, India. My internship with a startup had completed on 31st of last month according to the offer letter. I went to the office for several days, as the owner had promised that he would give me an offer to continue. On the 8th day, no offer had come and I had some medical issue, so I told that I won't be able to continue there, and in the evening, sent an email saying that I want to conclude the association with the company. I'm making this post a sort of a Aita style and could use some insight. Groundwork: I work for a tmc or travel management company, that handles corporate clients. It's a travel arm of a bigger financial corporation. I'm on a team that handles one specific company and nothing else. The client company is also a financial based company that I do have the question of impropriety but that's another matter all together Main issue: As an hourly worker I make theost I've ever made previously at 24 an hour, no I know from the jump there are thousands of people who don't make nearly as much, but that amount of money comes with a lot of hassle. Good morning, everyone I have been battling with a cold all week. I’m feeling better now though! Yesterday, I called out because I couldn’t breathe through my nose. I barely got sleep because of it. I feel good to go back to work now. My manager called and asked if I could cover someone’s shift this evening. From what I’ve gathered, no one covered for me. From my previous posts on here, I also don’t cover shifts. They passed it off as, “You can get more rest that way!” Yeah, no. It’s a closing shift. I have assignments to catch up on too. Also, I’ll get more rest if I work my midday shift.

This is not the first time I've dealt with a company being unable to pay me but this is definitely the most frustrating to me. I work for a very large company, a very well-known company. They have literally thousands upon thousands of employees. I started working or said company on the 17th of January 2023 so I'm relatively new. For the past year however, I was working as a subcontractor for this company and now I'm a direct contractor. My first paycheck they tried to direct deposit to me but they couldn't, for whatever reason my account was listed as inactive. We think it's because they misspelled my name when they were entering my data into all of the systems but the reason doesn't really matter.…

My two posts got removed for calling out a CEO comments on instagram basically saying his employees are peasants and he happily lives on there backs cause there stupid and choose to live as victims blah blah. I marked out all names/handles and still got removed, but i truly want his employees to see or at least catch wind of the chameleon he is, is there another subreddit for that? Because even on his companys reviews the realtors get great reviews and seem like truly hard workers that respect him. Which is truly fucking sad, they don't deserve a “leader” like that. His google reviews are much more empathetic then his social media poo poo ironically, literally is the definition of being two face.
