Use Chat GPT to write those bullshit motivation letters:

write a 800 word motivation letter for working at Wall-Mart. Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to express my interest in the position at Walmart. I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for retail and customer service. I believe that my skills and experience make me an excellent candidate for this role, and I am eager to bring my positive energy and drive to your team. I have a strong background in retail, having worked in various customer-facing positions for the past five years. I have honed my skills in areas such as sales, product knowledge, and customer service, and I am confident that these skills will be an asset to your team. so…. my company has to literally be sued, before they’ll pay for an injury

K so, just a little rant, a year ago, a guy lost part of a finger in an accident at work. Not only would the doctor not give him proper time to heal (he couldn't miss any work or it would be a lost time injury and the company can't have that) the guy had to have part of his finger amputated. Yeah the work comp surgeon left him awake, company couldn't spring for general anesthesia, I guess. Then they spent an entire year fighting his accidental death a dismemberment claim, that's insurance WE PAY FOR! On a happy note, a year later, the poor guy finally git his settlement. Another woman has been injured since last April. The company made her work on her injury causing it to get worse. We told her to get a lawyer and she did. She needs surgery because all of the walking and…

I have no problem giving to charity. I have small recurring monthly donations to a couple organizations I believe in strongly and have done so for years. I do have a problem with my employer trying to bully me into donating to a specific organization that gives them fucking kickbacks if I fork over my money. I have a problem with the fact that the employer gets social cred if they bully enough of their employees into donating. And I have a huge fucking problem with giving my money to an organization whose entire purpose is to skim a little off the top and then just pass the money along to the groups actually…

Healthcare (“Non-Profit”) company made 46 Billion in profits in 2022, whilst, only 1 billion was provided in “free healthcare “. They have the audacity to ask this in an application. Jesus didn’t strike me as a staunch capitalist.

What’s does the endgame for this sub look like and how would it be accomplished? I’m genuinely curious. Like has anyone done the math of the impact of nobody working? Like honestly, is there some sort of “plan” or is it just an idea with no practical implementable solution?
