Splitting renewal even those I am the only doing the work ? This company has a lot of overload work from the previous property manager, their is over 60 renewal and I have to split it with property manager and maintenance, the renewal is only $50 divided by 3 is 16, I feel a bit overwhelmed, and I think is unfair to do all alone, I’m even just telling them they can have the renewal and I can skip out, is this legal in corporate, what kind of rules is this ?

I have a quick question for you all about a situation involving my wife and her job. She saw the doctor this past Friday (1/20) and was told she needed a procedure done. They scheduled the procedure for next Friday (1/27) and she was told she would need to be off her feet and resting for 4-5 days afterwards. My wife immediately informed her employer and asked for that Friday (1/27), Monday (1/30), and Tuesday (1/31) off. She also indicated that she would bring them the doctor's note. Her employer replied that they could let her take Friday and Tuesday but that because the schedule for Monday was already written, she would need to find coverage for that shift. For context I live in Toronto, Canada. I am leaving my job, my last day is set to be the 31st of this month. My boss has been very wishy washy and I’m thinking she going to not have me finish out my last week. If she chooses to not have me work this last week will she still owe me the pay since I am not the one choosing this? (I have worked here for 2 years)
