First. Yes so many owners, managers etc are just awful. There is, however, another group that also creates similar if not the same effect for workers and that’s just people in these positions who are so stupid they don’t understand that taking care of their employees is the best way to have a thriving competent business.

Hey everyone, I’m currently 20 years old and recently got promoted and am now on a salary of 70k a year before tax. I have more saved up than the majority of people my age and I think it’s safe to say that I’m doing a lot better than those people financially. The problem is I’m not really happy nor satisfied. I feel like if I’m going to go down this same path then I’m going to waste my 20s. I’ve been working at this place for 2 years and the most days off I’ve had in a row is about 4. But I also feel as if I’m going to waste such a good position and opportunity if I just quit or give up or let down my work ethic. In saying that, I’m now in a managerial position at a club.
