Hello. My work for the past 5 months since a merger has become a total hell hole. Total confusion, lack of communication, miscommunication and overloaded with projects. I'm seriously about to have a breakdown. I'm in no position to quit without something lined up and I have been applying for the past two months. I want serious, professional answers only. I'm not trying to be a sleaze ball but what is the most efficient way to get fired/let go and still collect unemployment. I live in PA BTW. Thank you!
Moved to a new state for my fiancés work recently and I've been applying to jobs left and right. I have a bachelors degree in science, 6+ years of customer service experience in different settings, worked with children, veterinary clinics, zoo experience, supervisor and manager experience, and I also have great references and i consider myself as personable and easy to talk to. Handful of places get back to me, and only have gotten several interviews out of those. Then today, at 1 pm I received an email on indeed of this place saying they saw my resume and thought I'd be a good fit for their position and to see if I was interested. I check out what they're offering, it's what I was looking for and the pay range I'd like, so I email back saying I'd like to speak with them because I was interested (not exactly…
I take over a new store Saturday. I was at this store for 4 years, with the company 6 years. Worked for my own store, gave it my all. Previous DMs loved me. Enter Roger. Roger likes to lead with intimidation and an “iron fist.” Multiple coworkers quit because of him. I try to stay out of his way and do my job. One day, I call him out for making a comment about forbidding us from discussing wages, and thus I become enemy number one. He decides he’ll do anything to make me quit. Starts picking at me for stupid shit. I guess someone called corporate on him because he takes back his email about discussing wages and let’s us know it’s our right. But still treats me like crap. One day he decides to scream at me and tell me I should have quit a long time ago.…

Last pay day.
Hi all, So I gave a 3 months notice from Nov to end of Jan. Unfortunately I couldn't finish my 3 months, but I completed a full 2 months. I joined another department where I am currently a recruit. I'm in training atm that commenced on Jan 9th. We got an email only a week prior to our start date. Today is pay day for my last job, but I haven't gotten my last pay…. All my ex Co workers got paid, except for me. So, idk what to do or think about it. I thought by law I am supposed to get paid the time over worked. Any advice on how to proceed with this ? Thanks.
