For context I’m in the US. I know that it is a workers right to talk about pay with other coworkers and I take full advantage of that. However, does the same apply for performance evaluations? Is my employer allowed to require me to keep my review confidential from my other coworkers? I’ve tried doing some research into it and haven’t been able to find anything definitive, or if there might be different laws in different states. So I figured you all might know something. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I need some advice/help writing my email Out Of Office message.. here are the details: I worked this position prior to getting pregnant and during my pregnancy. To put it kindly, the boss is a complete jerk. I had planned to quit after my maternity leave was over but the boss agreed to allow me to work when I was available, not a set schedule, WFH, and around my family/child's needs. I thought great, limited exposure to jerk boss and extra income coming in, win/win. At the beginning jerk boss respected my boundaries but before I knew it, I was working during my child's naps, while he was awake (I was on numerous conference calls while nursing 🤦️), working night/weekends, texts/calls all day and evening – I am burnt out. All this lead to me saying enough is enough, from 1/15/23 on I will ONLY work nights/weekends based on…
Capitalism is broken and always has been. It’s a completely rigged system that only elevates the people at the top. Our only purpose under this system is to work for some BS company that’s laser set on increasing profits each quarter. 99% of these companies don’t care about our working environmental, our mental state, or the destruction they do to earth. I’m tired of waking up each day and participating in this BS, I want a purposeful life that benefits humanity… I’m tired of these working opinions…they suck! I’m ready to boycott this system and starve it out for a better one with societal purposes that benefit all. Companies only value control, power, and wealth. We’re just modern day slaves in a dystopian system!
Phone time question
My company requires that I have 2 hours of phone time per day. It’s a sales job that is based on repeat customers that I already have. Most of these people don’t want to chat all day, but I get shit for not having 2 hours. Is there a phone number I can call and just chill on hold for a bit?

Just a rant.. Working in home health care has been a big eye opener. My boss is always talking about this “labor shortage” and how people don’t wanna work etc. she’s mentioned inflation etc but still doesn’t see the need to change her policies and ways. Some if not most/all of the caregivers here are on public transportation, I suggested the use of Uber corporate (there are so many options and employees can pay for their own and just get a discount) She denied but is also always on us to staff new cases or get our current staff to fill shifts but these people are stretched thin and tired and I understand it. We just had a caregiver take a client to a higher paying agency when the raise she wanted wouldn’t been an extra $4k yearly. Now she wants to sue this girl for $60k as it’s in…
