It sounds like you're supposed to somehow predict how many times you'll be sick a year as if you were an old cell phone plan.

Need help with toxic bosses
I work in warehouse and the manager not owner is very toxic. He talks crap behind my back tells others to not talk to me he tells. He gets angry at me all the time but not to others. I am the only one that doesn’t speak Spanish there. The manager sometimes does stuff when I face my back to him like pretending to stab me or punch me I caught him and he’s close friend doing this to me. He blames me for things that go wrong and is getting to the point where I hate showing up but I need the job To pay bills. What recommendations do you guys have. Is a steady easy job and for time being is paying my bills but the toxic work environment he creates makes me hate showing up there. What can I do?
I (18 NB) am trying to save up to move out by the summer. I have 3 jobs, (2 dance teaching jobs and a job at my local gaming cafe). With that, I am barely making enough to potentially afford rent in the future. I am working 45 hours a week with 1 day off if I am lucky and I am exhausted. When will this change I STG.
cost of living?
Time for reviews again and I'm wondering what kind of raise % I should be asking for. I certainly don't want to make less this year doing the same job. Any help would be great!
2-week notice
I have been working as a nurse for a year for an outpatient infusion centerI believe that I have a strong work ethic and my patients love me. Management is a different story. I am opinionated and tell them exactly how I feel about issues. Today, I was expecting a call from HR about a new position. I left my phone at home because I was trying to get my 10 month old daughter to my mother-in-laws. I went to work and helped my coworkers get some of their patients settled. I didn’t have any of my own patients coming for another 30mins, so I clocked out at 9am on my lunch break to go back home to get my phone. Luckily once I retrieved my phone HR had already called to offer me the new job. I happily accepted and returned back to work after 28mins. My boss pulled…
I’m supposed to clock in an hour
Boss wants to have a talk Started working Aug 8 Started showing up late and missing days more often since Oct Some of my reasons we're legit like ER/Urgent Hospital visits, transport issues, etc. some were just bc I didn't want to or overselpt I enjoy the job for the most part, but my boss has been annoyed with me for a while now I know they're desprate for people (always had a fast turn around according to co-workers) and $1500 sign-on bonus is split 300 after 3 months, 500 after 6, 700 after a year; was not advertised as such on the posting and I still haven't recieved the first 300, when I asked why she said bc of my attendance and that we'll need to talk with the CFO, this was weeks ago. also kinda a sign that they really needed all the help they could get Was…
Annoying Coworker
I have had a co-worker contact me out side of work hours (extremely non urgent matter) – it's been a few hours and I've recieved a number of missed calls and texts asking for a response. What is the best way to approach this now? I feel like ignoring it now moreso that she has now pressured me to respond. How can I also address this in person next time I see her?
