No handicap parking
US job has no handicap parking. I need it due to a hamstring surgery and have a temp handicap permit. I sent an email to HR and the GM and no response. Gm came to my desk and said they would correct the problem and get me a parking spot. No email response and no word for two weeks. I have to street park like most employees…. 1-2-3 blocks away. I thought there’s a law in the US for businesses to have handicap parking.

Corporate Being told off
I told my dad, who is a medium- large business owner, that I’m sending a mass email to my station. In the email it includes: •position responsibilities and issues •respect from managers •suggestions for new systems and advice •my opinion and thoughts on the time I’ve been there •expressed extreme gratitude for everyone who was helpful and kind to me • ended it with a direct message to two people. One kicked me around and abused her power. Another who was petty and didn’t stay in her lane. Basically just shed some light on problems and issues. He said it was wrong. That It will only come to bite me in the ass for future work references. He said that I should delete it although I told him my generation of workers(dob 2002) has had enough of getting kicked around. Q: Am I in the wrong or is this what…
Call center neglecting members
I work for a call center( health insurance ) and on Tuesday we had over 10000 calls .. usually we take the calls as they come in but due to high call volume we decided to take a callback list of members and we advised we will be reaching out within 48 hours . However we are still busy today and when I asked my supervisor if the members already received a call back he stated no due to us being busy still ? Can I report this to someone ? these ppl need assistance with medications transportation doctor visits etc ..
My current position requires a 4 weeks notice, which I submitted on 12/22/22. I work in health care and at this position for a year and 5 months, which I felt was an adequate amount of time especially with such low pay compared to other health systems in my area. Upon turning in my notice, I was brought into an office and yelled at, I was told I was ungrateful for giving up all the “opportunities” that they apparently supplied me. I was told I should have waited until after the holidays to submit my notice, yet this was the only opportunity I had to get the excessive 4 weeks notice started. They also went as far to say I was lying to them in the interview over a year and a half ago and that they took a real “risk” hiring me because I was a new grad. Funny,…
rant. I dislocated my pinky toe on Xmas doing stupid shit, playing with the kiddos and I popped it right back in place. told work I need to rest n heal it up, took pics of it all banged up, still wasn't enough to prove I had a injury I needed to heal. no no they need paper work. they need me to go to a hospital and pay for a doctor's note because they can't trust me to take care of my own fuckin body. all I needed from them was 2 weeks rest but they're taking it as I'm quitting and shit. right 2 weeks I get it but no, I told them I had an injury so why are they insinuating I'm quitting? now I wanna but I'm stuck in serfitude until… probably I die. fuck Indiana
