So I work for sales. I used to work M-F, but ever since a change in management I have been scheduled (as with my other team members) for rotating weekends. I was scheduled for the weekend of Thanksgiving. We have thanksgiving off, but we are being forced to work Black Friday and the entire weekend following. Now, this is a semi-cold call sales job so I know I’m going to be verbally abused by a ton of people I’m calling. Oh and NO managers or supervisors are required to work that weekend, not even our technical department! I’m so aggravated that we’re being made to work yet every other person in the company, even my own manager, doesn’t have to.
