I work at a nursing home as a cook and I have now 2 coworkers and not 4 as before because two people stole and bunch of food and supplies around $8000 bucks worth now I’m working with an older lady from Mexico and another dude and I guess they think I have to pick up all of their slack when it comes to everything and will not communicate with me on day to day operations, I have my food handling certifications, follow the rules and get nothing but flack, and no one else will follow the rules we’ve had meetings and everything and nothing has changed FML
