I left a job recently and handed over all equipment. He was a bad boss and unqualified to have his role and people in our department because of him. He has mental issues as well. Now he has been pestering me on email to give him my password for laptop and cellphone or else I won't get my pay.
I never had to do this before and I feel he just wants to snoop. IT should be able to reset my laptop password but normall it should be wiped. The phone part I don't understand can't they reset it themselves?
I find what he is doing is illegal and if they don't pay me then I'll report them.
