Bathroom usage at the workplace is a right. Not a privilege.

I (in USA) am not entirely sure what the legislation is about this, but employers have really been treating restroom access and usage as a privilege, and not a right. This is false. I do not care what the laws say, you are allowed to use the restroom when you need to. If you don’t, this can lead to very real health issues. I almost feel like asking about bathroom access during the interview is needed now, to protect yourself. This is beyond stupid. Using the bathroom should not be a privilege- it is a right.
