[BC, Canada] Can my employer publicly post my name and work schedule?

I work as a booking clerk in a busy medical clinic that runs 12 hours per day, 7 days per week. There are a total of 4 of us clerks, and my manager recently posted a whiteboard with the names of each clerk and our corresponding work days/hours in the clinic waiting room in clear view of the patients. My manager argued that it is necessary so patients can see which booking clerk is working during their appointment. All booking clerks have the same job responsibilities, we all share the same telephone line and email inbox, we all have access to every patient's file, and there is no patient confidentiality barriers among clerks. In essence, it does not matter which clerk serves any patient.

I used to work in a restaurant and I recall during my training we were taught that we cannot disclose our colleagues' schedules to customers due to privacy concerns. I would be OK with my schedule being posted in an employee-only area of the clinic, but it is currently broadcasted in a lobby/waiting room in which anyone can enter.

Thank you for your help!
