Came here to rant and wonder if everyone experienced this as well: Asked for a raise after working in the company for 4 years, helped improved the processes, and such. Got assigned lots of work, and gave a 0.05% raise. How I wish I could leave and find a better job, but it’s rough right now I’m still looking, but at this point, I’m tired of following up with the company — said last month it’s awaiting approval from exec and I don’t understand why it’s taking this long
