I've recently realised how the corruption, and bullying off management has been affecting me, my boss is a narcissist who loves to put his tendrils inside everyones head and the effect it has on my self esteem is not worth my job.
So I've decided to rebel, I've decided I dont care if I'm fired.
I just wanted to share a snippet of the altercation with my manager that lasted for over an hour.
My manager was shaking like a leaf.
Him 'if you dont like it leave'
Me 'I cant claim benifits if I leave'
Him 'well your not getting sacked'

I'm an empath that's highly sensitive to the motives of corrupt individuals so any attempts to steal my self esteem result in them losing theirs because every manipulative tactic they use opens up their weaknesses to me, fear of losing my job must be abandoned for this ability to reach full potential, it's fun.
They think that their power to render me unemployed is like having a gun to my head.
Give me liberty or give me unemployment.
