I’m currently suspended at my place of work and I believe it’s from accusations from a disgruntled employee. Work says I’m being suspended /investigated for “conflict of interest” and “professionalism”. I’ve done nothing wrong, I’ve been an employee for 10 years with 0 write ups. Im fairly certain the accusation (don’t know yet they haven’t interviewed me) and I know this is something that everyone in the company our workplace commonly does and I know management has given green lights to it long ago. No harm to employees or patients, no stealing from work. My question is, I’m beyond pissed they would treat a loyal and honest employee this way and i want to do anything I can to make this investigation process a living hell for them.
Anybody have any ideas how I can do this?? Their Hr has little experience. It’s a small non profit healthcare company.
I’d love to hear from ppl amiliar with conducting HR internal investigations or legal peeps
