Being retaliated against? Advice?

I work in a shopping center for a retailer, the only employee parking provider is a lot 5 blocks away (it’s also 90-100 degrees here everyday) and the parking lot is not supervised and people’s cars get broken into. I got a “ticket” (not by the city/police, but from the shopping center) for parking closer to my job and when I went online to appeal it, I decided to file an anonymous complaint about the parking via a fake email/name, never got a reply. About a month later I find out the property manager has been stalking video camera footage to find out who I was and where I worked then went and complained to my company I broke our companies lease agreement because it says “to respect our partners” and me complaining about the ticket / no employee parking was considered “disrespectful” My boss gave me a verbal warning,…

My boss gave me a verbal warning, but literally never got a response or any of the issues addressed. So frustrated.

I barely make a livable wage as it is, now I either have to walk 5 blocks drenched in sweat to start my shift or pay $10 every day to park closer.

Capitalism is really frustrating altogether. The irony is that during pandemic I was considered essential, but not enough for decent parking I guess.
