So I’m contracting in tech for a big company on a project for an even bigger company. I love working with the Bigger company and everyone there. All is going well and I’m getting good feedback. However, my direct manager will not stop giving me negative feedback. I’ve been told 3 times that I need to be ‘less chatty’ on calls so now I’m afraid to say anything! And the latest new one is that I ‘touch my hair too much on video calls’ I’ve never heard of such a thing before! I’ve only been on this contract for 7 weeks and I’ve been given these super nit picky subjective feedback talks several times already. I don’t know what to do. I get paid well and like the work but management is not good. Advice?
