Being written up over not staying past scheduled shift?

Need some advice on this one. I work for a shitty entry level restaurant gig and was scheduled for a 5 hour shift this past Friday. I had time sensitive plans that I needed to attend after my shift. 15 minutes passed and my manager still hadn't cut me. I told her that I was leaving as it was past my shift and that I had plans to attend to. She said that she was going to have to write me up for it. I told her to go for it and left. Additional information: There was nothing left to do – my co-worker who had arrived after me and was scheduled to stay later than me were just standing around after completing everything we needed to do. This manager had also called me earlier in the week and told me that she would not be letting me serve (which is where you make the most money) because she overheard me saying that I thought I didn't need much training anymore and was confident in my ability to do my job. I don't know how she could overhear me as she wasn't there, so someone must've told her that. The state is also CO. All of this feels very personal and potentially not legal. Is there anything I can do?
