I work at a giant company, bigger than pizza planet in Toy Story. One lady, let’s call her Kanye, has personally been the reason why 2 people have quit, one person demanded they get transferred and 4 more not respect anything she does.
Today while in a team meeting, Kanye arrived late, assigned somebody who was already overloaded with a new task and bypassed somebody who was asking for work. Then she left. I was talking to those 4 people mentioned above later and they have already disregarded what she had said and organized everything the way it should’ve been.
They told me why they didn’t respect her… 1, she has 500 days written on her cube until she can retire at 55. 2, she has told them they she doesn’t want to do anything hard until retirement. 3, nobody will question her logic. 4, she makes double what they make and she only messes stuff up.
