Boss Gaslighting Me on Every Email

Long story short I work in a call center. Applied to be a mortgage intern for a company after graduating with bachelors with a validated assurance that I will be mentored by a senior mortgage banker who will teach me while I study for my own NMLS license. When asked what starting salary would be satisfiable and I replied with a humble 19-20/hr (in this economy) which the interviewer said they could match. When asked what starting salary would be satisfiable and I replied with a humble 19-20/hr (in this economy) which the interviewer said they could match. Ended up working as a call center associate with 15/hr pay with no training or any of the aforementioned provisions. My boss seems more focused on transfers than the actual rate of success and gaslights me by demonstrating to the whole department how low my transfer rates are in his emails and constantly commenting on irrelevant things like attire and me calling off work for medical reasons. Although I was not satisfied that the job position I applied for is not what I received, I decided to work here as finding another job in the business industry is painstakingly hard. My application rate for clients is high despite the number of transfers compared to others in the department. I constantly have to fight HR to get days off approved and began putting in less work while looking for other workplaces to apply to. Its frustrating that the current industry is so ignorant of the actual results instead focusing on irrelevant things. Received multiple writeups within the past couple weeks which I refuse to sign as they outline my performance during the days where the system was acting up (the whole call center department was written up after bringing the system issue up with the boss)
