I usually arrive early to work to get comfortable and have a moment of peace, but as soon as I walked through the door she bit my head off about stuff that happened during my day off (yesterday) with people unrelated to me (other managers.) I told her I'm not clocked in, and give me about 10 minutes and I'd be more receptive to this conversation. It really steamed her hams. She was not happy about it, and I can guarantee that I'm going to get my third verbal today/possible write up. Yippee.
