28yr male, 1st yr electrical apprentice.
Boss is a super nice guy and looks after me. I’ve been a landscaper, roofer and had other summer labour jobs. My boss is aware of all of that as per my resume.
My boss has asked me to dig up his lawn, grade it, and do whatever else there is to be done to have it ready for interlock.
I told my boss respectfully that I chose to get into electrical to get away from this exact type of work. Boss understands but wants me to finish it anyways.
Please understand that I’m a very hard worker. However when there’s no work, I’d rather be home.
