So I’m not sure how to handle my situation. My boss has been having a lot of mental health issues. For example one time I walked by his office to let him know I finished something and he responded with “Anon, I just want to fucking die” and then he started crying. Other times he goes on long tirades about how the other managers are out to get him. I do my best to try and let him vent but I really don’t know what to do.
