I recently found proof that my boss has been adjusting the inventory to make everything look better for her personal bonus.
I do every inventory on Wednesday and I ran an audit report when my numbers didn’t add up and I found out that she changed everything at 10pm when inventory is due by 10 AM.
I have the audit report to prove that it was her, but I don’t know how to make my corporate bosses believe me.
What can I do? I refuse to get blamed for getting caught in her lies, but I’m afraid to speak up because this is the kind of place that will get rid of you if you don’t agree with them.
what are the options to protect myself? Also, what should I do?
PS even if the inventory is absolutely perfect, but not in the numbers that she wants, we are forced to find “opportunities” (ie lie) or we don’t get to go home for the day until it’s done.
