Boss is sending kind of mixed signals

So I posted about an issue previously regarding being placed in a lower paying position than I applied for, it turns out it was a mistake and they corrected it when I brought it up. Okay. It's been some time since I began working and the boss is giving kind of both good and bad signals. The green flags they're giving off are always being thankful to the employees as they leave, and always remaining calm and collected. However the employer is also giving red flags off. Namely, “put your coat and stuff away before you clock in” and having unrealistic time expectations for things. For example, if a burger takes 1 minute to cook and assemble for a person going at full speed, they expect 30 burgers in 30 minutes, without factoring in things like a person getting burnt out at that speed or things like needing to walk…

I'm of course looking for a new job as I work, but I'm wondering how to maliciously comply, or other ways to deal with the red flags.
