Boss is under investigation for showing bias in EOY evaluation, HR will interview me soon, help with interview?

So I just received my EOY evaluation, I got a 2.5/5 (expectation is 3). I had bad history with my supervisor. A little background, my previous supervisor and I got along very well. I worked for him for 8-9 months this year. When he moved to role, my current supervisor was someone that I did not get along with prior to him joining, in fact I complained about him prior to him coming on. He questioned my work alot in meetings without understanding and rarely attended said meetings. Fast forward, when he came on I expressed concern to my boss and my bosses boss. They said there is nothing they can do. Within the 4 months I have been under him, our relationship is not great. I actually reached out to HR about a month ago to tell them my concern. So I just received my EOY evaluation, I got a 2.5/5 (expectation is 3). I had bad history with my supervisor. A little background, my previous supervisor and I got along very well.

He is known for not treating his employees great and is known for being confrontational, in fact he had to undergo training.

So on workday I asked for peer review and I asked people I work with to fill it out (9 peer filled out). On the peer evaluation, I asked basic questions like is he easy to work with, communicate effectively, etc. On all the review I received either meet expectation or exceeded expectation. My supervisor seemed to not consider the evaluation and gave me below average for trust, communication, and collaboration. But my peers gave me high marks.

HR gave me a call and said they are taking the matter seriously and are investigating. The HR rep read the EOY report and said it is not objective. She told me she regulated it to higher up and I am not allowed to talk about it even with my old boss.

They will interview me soon, what should I prepare in advance and how to come off professional?
