Boss keeps pushing for me to get overtime instead of a raise

I’m in Indiana for clarity, and the co-owner is also the hr rep. She keeps bringing me in to ask me why I haven’t been getting more than forty hours in a week because I “really need to pull more weight” around the shop. I’m the only painter to 9 welders, so the paint booth is naturally the choke point of the shop. They trained me to paint and do things the way I do, but when I show I can do that, they just expect more from me and put bids in for more jobs that require paint. So basically,next time she brings me in to ask why I don’t come in early everyday or come in Saturdays, is having depression and anxiety a valid enough reason to not want to work more than 40 hours? I can never sleep and even if I manage to work up the courage to call in sick I feel awful guilt and anxiety about not going in.
Edit: I previously let her know that my dads been dealing with kidney failure and related complications, this changed nothing and she expects more hours still
