This is my 3rd day off ill in a row. My employer is asking me what symptoms I’ve got. I’ve told them it isn’t covid but they want to know what it is. It’s my understanding they have no right or reason to know at all. Only after 7 days can they ask for a doctors note and that period has actually been extended in January. Am I wrong?
