I'm (25F) working in a grocery store that services an incredibly rural area in Ca. I put in my 2 week notice today and my boss refused to sign the extra copy I brought. He seemed offended I even asked. Everything on the internet I could find stresses that it's very important to have them sign it. But nothing I found says they HAVE to sign it if I ask. Should I be worried they're going to try to say I never put in notice? Should I push harder for him to sign?
