Word got around the company that people were not being paid equally or fairly so several people asked for equal pay. The boss of the company reprimanded several employees for discussing wages. The job uses an online/mobile HR app where we can clock in/out, request time off, see the chain of command ect. Before all this we could see information about our jobs like wages, job descriptions, full-time or part-time status ect. He has removed this information and will not tell anyone their information. I don't think this is even legal. Regardless it is causing problems for people to apply financial services.
