Boss says if I’m overwhelmed ask for help, then when I ask for help she says figure it out

I’m on my last straw with my job and my manager. I work for a municipal government in communications and juggle multiple projects from multiple departments. I’m easily the most stressed of anyone in my department and my manager is harder on me than my coworkers. Recently have had to put a couple projects on the backburner due to higher priority projects come up, and today my manager comes up to me and asks why Project X and Y aren’t done. I say I’m swamped with Project Z and had to push them back a bit (project Y especially is a weather-dependent social media video idea we came up with, and set an arbitrary due date for and now she claims it’s weeks late). I say I’m overwhelmed and she says to figure it out. Can’t say I’m motivated to do any of it now, and quite frankly I think…

Can’t say I’m motivated to do any of it now, and quite frankly I think this might have been the straw that causes me to put my resume out there.
