I’ve been living in a work apartment for my job in Ibiza and my boss is very controlling and abuses his power. He took my tips off of me because the apartment wasn’t clean ( I live with group of boys and they don’t clean) he then took my tips off of me because I was 2 minutes late as I couldn’t find my keys my boyfriend took mine to work. He then writes this in the group chat and I’m actually sick to death of working here is this illegal what he’s doing?I had screenshots on my old phone of other passive aggressive behaviour but it’s gone off WhatsApp
