I’d appreciate if people would give me there opinions. (Sorry if grammar isn’t the best English ain’t my first language) I’m sorta new to this job, I started on January 4,2023. I told my boss I have no car dealership experience for the position(BDC/Online sales representative) and he said that was perfectly fine, I would learn right away. So up to today, I have learned a handful of things but at times I do get asked questions by costumers that make me freeze up. But what I noticed is that he compares me to my coworker a lot and I hate it. She can have about 3-5 customer appointments per day and me 1-2, I literally try my best but at the end he just makes me feel useless. Her and our salesman help me and tell me not to listen to him that I’m doing very well. But after today, idk how long I can be there. After each day he makes me go to his office and tell him a rerun of my day, how many appointments for that day and tomorrow, how many customers came in etc. but with my coworker he never asks her. Today he made me write down all my appointments on his whiteboard so he could call them..like do you not trust me? Why don’t you make her do that or the salesmen? Many will think it’s due to me not doing good, if I compare myself to the other online sales in our other store, I’m doing about the same as them, and they don’t get treated like that over there.
